Prayer

Why Pray?

While prayer is not the only thing we do, we believe it is the most important thing we do. We pray because of two truths.

He is worthy

The only enduring motive for prayer is that God is worthy to be sought. As we pray we intentionally seek God's face through praise understanding that His glory is the ultimate purpose of our praying.

We are needy

If we are honest we will echo the Psalmist when he said, "As for me, I am poor and needy, but the Lord takes thought for me. You are my help and my deliverer; do not delay, O my God!"
We believe that as we seek His face He is ready and willing to open His hand and care for the needs of His people.

Send us your prayer request

If you are in need of prayer, please communicate with us here. We believe in the power of prayer — not because we’re so good at praying, but because we pray to a God who hears, who holds all power to answer, and who loves each one of us passionately. He is interested in your needs, and so are we.
